Norddampf - Hammah

Norddampf Hammah – compact hybrid Vaporizer with glass pod system

The Norddampf Hammah Vaporizer is a compact herb Vaporizer in a pocket-sized format, designed for simple operation, quick readiness, and the clearest possible flavor. At 90 mm tall and weighing around 85 g, it is one of the smaller devices, but it still packs in plenty of technology: a hybrid heating system combining convection and conduction, a glass pod system, and an isolated airpath. This makes it an uncomplicated companion for anyone who wants to start vaping without menus or an app.

Hybrid heating for even extraction

Inside, the Hammah uses hybrid heating technology combining convection and conduction. The herbs are therefore heated both by hot air flowing through them and via the chamber wall. Conduction brings the material up to temperature quickly, while convection also reaches the inside of the load evenly. The result is dense vapor and efficient use of the material – often the best balance of flavor, vapor production, and battery life in compact devices.

Glass pod system for pure flavor

A key feature of the Norddampf Hammah is the glass pod system. The herbs are placed in a glass pod, which also forms the vapor path to your lips. Glass is flavor-neutral – it does not absorb or release flavors, so the herbal flavor remains clear. The package includes a short and a long aroma glass mouthpiece, the latter with a removable herb chamber. If you prefer something more robust, you can alternatively use the Steel Pod with a stainless-steel housing. Residue collects mainly on the removable glass part and can be easily removed there.

Isolated airpath for clean vapor

The Hammah guides the vapor through the device via a fully isolated airpath. This ensures that it reaches you in a controlled way without any foreign taste. Anyone who values flavor will particularly benefit from this design. Combined with the glass pod system, it creates a clean vapor path from the chamber to the mouthpiece.

Quick to start and easy to use

With a heating time of approximately 30 seconds, the Hammah is ready to use quickly. It is operated with a single button: switch it on, select the desired temperature level with a double click, wait briefly, and start vaping. There are no nested menus or an app – this makes the Hammah easy for beginners to understand and pleasantly uncomplicated on the go.

Five temperature levels from 180 to 220 °C

The Norddampf Hammah offers five temperature levels: 180 °C, 190 °C, 200 °C, 210 °C, and 220 °C. This covers the typical range for herbs. At the lower levels, the aromatic compounds are released primarily, producing lighter, flavor-focused vapor. The higher levels extract more thoroughly and deliver denser vapor. A proven approach is to start low and increase the level during the session to use the material fully.

Compact, lightweight, and mobile

At just 90 mm tall, 46.8 mm wide, and weighing 85.2 g, the Hammah is very easy to handle and slips effortlessly into a trouser or jacket pocket. The faux-leather accents on the housing provide a pleasant feel and a secure grip. Depending on the version, the Vaporizer is available in Nordic Blue or Deep Black.

Battery, USB-C, and flexible session duration

The integrated 1600 mAh battery is sufficient for several everyday sessions. It is charged via USB-C with fast charging – even on the go using a power bank. The session duration can be set between 3 and 4.5 minutes, covering both short draws in between and somewhat longer sessions. Once the time has elapsed, the device switches off automatically, saving battery power.

Our impression

The Norddampf Hammah is a good fit for anyone looking for a compact, uncomplicated, flavor-focused hybrid herb Vaporizer. The glass pod system, approximately 30-second heating time, and one-button operation make it highly practical for everyday use. If you do not want an overloaded device, but rather a mobile Vaporizer with a clean vapor path and straightforward controls, this is a thoughtfully designed pocket-sized option.
