With the DynaKit Maintenance, we can get our DynaVap devices back in shape in just a few simple steps. High-temp O-rings for the Tip, condenser O-rings, DynaWax, and pipe cleaners are bundled together and ready to use – exactly what we need for clear airways, airtight connections, and consistent flavor.

Why We Use the Maintenance Kit

Regular mini-maintenance pays off: when the O-rings seal properly and the screen is not clogged, the Tip heats more evenly, the draw remains unrestricted, and the click timing stays accurate. We keep the Maintenance Kit close at hand – five minutes of work, noticeably better sessions.

Our Quick Maintenance Routine

  1. Disassemble the device and run pipe cleaners through the airpath.
  2. Check the CCD/screen and replace it with a separately available CCD if deformed.
  3. Check the O-rings on the Tip/condenser and replace them if necessary.
  4. Reassemble everything – the draw is clear, the flavor is clean, and the timing is stable.
