DynaVap Armored Cap – more thermal mass, smoother extraction

The DynaVap Armored Cap houses a Captive Cap in a thick stainless steel sleeve, providing noticeably more thermal mass at the Tip. It takes a little longer to heat up, but the Cap maintains a more stable temperature – according to the manufacturer, one to two cycles are usually enough for a full extraction.

Why we use the Armored Cap

  • Higher thermal mass – more consistent heating zone and smoother click timing.
  • Even extraction – especially pleasant for longer draws.
  • Practical for everyday use – no need to rotate it: heat from below for denser draws, from above for more flavor.

Special feature: Induction-friendly

The Armored Cap works excellently with induction heaters – especially with the Ispire The Wand. In practice, this gives us very even heat cycles and reproducible results.

Use & practical experience

Our routine remains familiar: load the Tip, put on the Cap, heat it (induction or Jet-Flame), wait for the click and draw. Thanks to the greater thermal mass, draws remain stable for longer; between two clicks, we have a little more “working time”.

Compatibility

  • Compatible with all DynaVap VapCap Vaporizers with standard Tip size – and, despite its thicker design, it fits every DynaStash.
  • Not compatible with the larger HyperDyn Tip.
